Can I challenge a mark because I disagree with it?
A disagreement with academic judgment is usually different from a concern about process, bias, assessment rules or evidence. The decision and the university regulations need to be reviewed before choosing a route.
What if the deadline is close?
Send the decision and deadline as soon as possible. The applicable time limit and any possibility of an extension depend on the procedure and the circumstances.
What happens after the internal process?
Some university complaints may be eligible for external review, depending on the institution and the issue. We can identify the relevant route once the internal outcome is clear.
