Sending an enquiry, using WhatsApp or booking a meeting does not by itself mean that we have agreed to take on your case. We will explain whether we can assist, the proposed scope, who will carry out the work, the fees and any applicable conditions before paid work begins. Any formal engagement will be set out separately.

Do not assume that a deadline is being monitored or action has been taken merely because you have contacted us. If a matter is urgent, clearly identify the deadline in your message.

Fees and outcomes

Prices displayed on the site are estimates and may vary with the facts, urgency and work required. A fixed fee, staged fee or conditional fee arrangement is available only where expressly agreed for the specific matter. No outcome is guaranteed. See our pricing page for further information.

Cancellation and consumer rights

If you enter into a paid service agreement at a distance, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, subject to the applicable rules and exceptions. We will provide the relevant cancellation information with the engagement terms. If you ask us to start work during a cancellation period and then cancel, a reasonable amount may be payable for work actually performed, where the law permits. Nothing on this page removes your statutory rights.
