Your first assessment is free. If we can help, we will explain the proposed scope and give you a fixed quote before paid work begins. The figures below are estimates for professional fees, not automatic charges.
The final quote depends on the papers, urgency and work needed. These ranges do not include independent expert reports, court or tribunal fees, external representation or other third-party costs unless expressly included in your quote. VAT will be added if applicable.
An option for suitable claims
No win, no fee.
Some claims seeking financial compensation may be considered for a conditional fee arrangement after a merits and funding review. It is not available for every education dispute, particularly where the aim is solely to secure a place, provision or a changed academic decision.
Our fee may not be payable.
The exact agreement controls this. Third-party expenses or other parties’ costs may still be a risk and will be explained beforehand.
Know what is deducted.
Our fee and any agreed success fee may be payable from a recovery. The calculation and other costs are set out in writing before work begins.
A no-win-no-fee agreement is offered only after case-by-case assessment. It is never assumed from an initial enquiry.
